This promises to be one of the zoo's most popular Dine and Discover dinners ever: Celebrating 50 years with Packy.
Held the evening before Packy's 50th birthday, the event takes guests on a journey through the historic elephant's life.
Dine on a sumptuous multi-course menu paired with Northwest wines while Mike Keele, the zoo's director of elephant habitats, shares 50 years of fun and fascinating facts about Packy. The evening will conclude with a special tribute to the late Dr. Matthew Maberry, the vet who delivered Packy in 1962.
