FAQs

• How do I bring a guest?
  You can bring one guest to the zoo, and that guest will be scanned in separately from your own timed-ticket reservation. You do not need to make a reservation for your free guest. You can only bring one free guest per membership (not per named adult) per day. All guests must be accompanied by a named adult on the membership—no late or separate entry.
• If my membership already has a free guest option, can I bring two guests?
  Absolutely! If your membership covers a guest, you may reserve that guest with your timed-ticket reservation and bring another free guest along with you to the zoo.
• Are paid guests allowed?
  From 9 a.m. to closing time, you can purchase additional discounted general admission tickets for guests to join you on your Member Appreciation Weekend visit. However, no additional general admission tickets will be available for purchase to access the early member hour. You can bring one free with you to the early access hour, but no paid general admission tickets are available before 9 a.m.
• Is the double discount for rides available online?
  Yes! The double discount is available online and in person.
