Ticketing notice

Only tickets purchased on this site are valid for entry. Be aware of ticketing scams and learn how to avoid them.

Please read carefully before reserving your ticket

  • Please reserve tickets, including for guests and infants, online in advance. Reservations are available 30 days before your visit.
  • Your tickets will be emailed to you, along with information about preparing for your visit, parking and getting to the zoo, zoo amenities, admission terms and conditions and more. 
  • Tickets are not refundable, and we cannot change any dates or times.

  • All ticket sales are final and may not be resold.
  • No exchanges or refunds for any reason, including inclement weather, excessive heat, or rain.
  • Zoo events are separately ticketed; admission is not included with a daytime admission ticket. All visitors must exit the zoo at the daytime closing time even if they have a same-night ticket for a zoo event. Ticketholders may re-enter when the event opens to the public.
  • The zoo closes an hour after the last ticket time. Late entry is not permitted after the gates close. To find out the last ticket time of the day, visit www.oregonzoo.org and check out our hours listed at the top of the page.
